Director, Strategic Partnerships
Jess is responsible for leading portfolio innovation through strategic partnerships, inclusive of R&D collaborations and investments in device, diagnostics, tech-enabled services & analytic products, and through a mix of organic and inorganic initiatives.
Jess joins DVG with 10+ years in the MedTech sector where she was part of Johnson & Johnson’s surgical division, Ethicon. During her tenure with J&J, Jess held diverse roles spanning multiple functions and geographies where she was focused on enabling business growth and transformation strategies through go-to-market evolution, strategic capability and partnership execution, and most recently, global portfolio innovation & customer insights development.
Jess holds an MSc in Health Economics & Policy from the London School of Economics and a dual BS/BA in Marketing & Spanish from CU Boulder.
